Download und Videos: “Get Deep Into-Nu Disco” Show with Daniel Wang, Emil Doesnt Drive and Get Deep Crew (Live WebTV, 26.07.2010, 7-11pm)

Videos and Download: Boysnoize Rec Nu-Rave Sound Special with Strip Steve, E-Kreisel and 100Tons (7-11pm, Live WebTV, 28.06.2010)
June 26, 2010 | Dates: - Parties, Shows, Streams, Download WebTV and Radio Shows, Radio and WebTV Shows | 12 CommentsGood times, good times! The Boysnoize Records Label Show: Great and different music., not the usual techno and house stuff. Many genres and influences melted into new styles. From funk, to hiphop, to oldschool, jungle and 90s rave to deep house, techno and more: The Boysnoize nu-rave sound special @ Berlin Mitte Institut. With Strip Steve, E-Kreisel, 100Tons, Sacha Robotti and Fresh Meat. Steve's set was mindblowing. He offered a really nice insight on what Boysnoize might sound like. We also planned Housemeister to play on this show and represent the label, but he cancalled the date twice on short notice without giving reasons – just in case you are wondering. Anyways, with Steve we had a really nice and musicwise fantastic guy here. E-Kreisel and 100Tons played really nice supporting sets too: Warming up and getting you into bed. Although, especially the last was not so easy to manage, considering the Boysnoize Rec sound is more kind of "nu rave" ![]()

May 28, 2010 | Dates: - Parties, Shows, Streams, Download WebTV and Radio Shows, Radio and WebTV Shows | 4 CommentsJajaja, schön war es.

19-Zoll-Stammtisch Jamsession @ Berlin Mitte Institut 24.05.2010 by berlinmitteinstitut

Resümee des Florian Meindl Remix-Contest 10.04.2010 by berlinmitteinstitut

A short history on this: In 2009/2010 we did two live shows with Florian Meindl broadcasting the production of a techno track live on webTV for the first time – the result is the track “The Way it Took us”. Since that was such a big success and well accepted by our public, we decided to make a remix contest and enable the chosen remixers a remix-release on Flash Recordings.
This release is the result of a project from Florian Meindl in corporation with Berlin Mitte Institut (Fresh Meat & Kandel) and Soundcloud. The aim was to show a full production process live on TV and audio-stream and get feedback and suggestions live from the audience. It was an experimental approach because nobody knew where it would lead to and the interaction between unknown people in the audience and the producer (Florian) lead to an unpredictable result. The project used modern technologies like a live TV stream, live audio stream, live chat and all features within Soundcloud like a group and comments on the timeline of the delivered remixes. Download + Videos: Off Recordings Label Show, w. Martin Dawson aka King Roc, Andre Crom, Special Guest and Matteo Milleri (26.04.2010, 7-11pm CET)
May 1, 2010 | Dates: - Parties, Shows, Streams, Download WebTV and Radio Shows, Radio and WebTV Shows | 10 CommentsFinally, we had the chance to meet some guys from Off Recordings in person and were very impressed: Nice people, good music ! One of Berlin's most promising house labels honoured the Berlin Mitte Institut with a musical and informational visit. Founded by Andre Crom, it has managed to gain itself an undergroundy reputation for strict deep and funky house vibes, ranging from rather easy going warm-up-tunes too peaktimy heart -busting dancefloor conquerors. Trademarks: The 909 open hihat, oldschooly house influences and a strong background in sampling tracks off the recent 50 years from genres like, funk, jazz, hiphop and so on. Check it out for yourself, you'll love it ! If you like what you hear, go ahead and by some Off records for your DJ sets and visit partys where these guys play at ![]()

Download DJ Set: Fresh Meat @ Möbelrücken on Fire @ Mädcheninternat 01.04.2010 (Techno / Minimal)
April 22, 2010 | DJ Mixes & Sets, Download WebTV and Radio Shows | 5 CommentsHey folks, here you can download my DJ set from Delikat Möbelrücken on Fire from the 1st of April 2010 recorded @ Mädcheninternat Berlin on the bottom floor. It was the dedicated techno floor, so I tried to fit it concept-wise. It's mostly twisted minimal and techno tunes, going athmosphaerically up and down as the time passed almost unknowingly by. Hope you enjoy it, leave some feedback if you like. Fresh Meat is also available for DJ bookings, contact me here. And now let the music speak ![]()

Remix-Contest: Florian Meindl – The Way it Took us (22nd February – 22nd March 2010, selection until 5th of April 2010)
April 10, 2010 | blog, Dates: - Parties, Shows, Streams, Download WebTV and Radio Shows | 138 CommentsTracks have been released now, CLICK HERE to buy. What a feast ! We received 196 submissions, which is amazing! Thank you for investing your time fot this project. We knew the selection process would be hard, and yes, it was a pain! We had to drop good remixes because of the sake of a suitable release which follows the concept of FLASH. At the end we decided on the most suitable remixes. We took more than we planned to take and we will release them digitally first. If the sales are good and would recoup a vinyl production we will press a vinyl of the four best selling tracks on the release. The winners are contacted, their tracks will be mastered and soon released on FLASH. More info coming soon ![]()
